Every day it was the same old story. Cycle stands obstructed by rubbish. The one above is on Vernon Road E17. (22 May)
(Below) A cyclist manages to squeeze in between the Council street sweepings sacks - let's hope they don't contain anything sharp - piled around this cycle stand on Hoe Street mid-way between the junctions with High Street and Selborne Road. (21 May)
