Cycle parking on Regent Street

As far as I can tell, Regent Street between Piccadilly Circus and Oxford Circus doesn't have a single cycle stand. And many of the junctions have no signalled pedestrian crossings. And there are no Advanced Stop Lines and no cycle lanes, even though this is a road which is effectively five lanes wide.
