A CYCLIST involved in a collision with an ambulance in Woking has died in hospital, police have confirmed.
Robert Domienik, a 51-year-old Polish national living in the town, died at St Peter's Hospital in Chertsey on January 5, exactly a month after he suffered serious head injuries in the accident in Lockfield Drive.
