Contractors and footway obstruction

Contractor's crap on Queen Elizabeth Road E17. No problem if you are able-bodied but try getting past in a wheelchair or pushing a double-buggy.

(Below) When I passed by on March 1st, no change at all. Total and unnecessary obstruction of the footway for mobility impaired people on a street in the heart of of London and nobody gives a damn. So much for all those years of frothy documents about promoting walking which emanated from the Ken Livingstone administration. So much for the Boris Johnson era.
