The council's LOVE YOUR BOROUGH display of photographs showing the idyllic nature of life in the London Borough of Waltham Forest was unavailable for scrutiny yesterday because a man was murdered nearby.
The killing took place not far from that yellow wall poster which can be seen in the photo above, which is a council hoarding arguing that Waltham Forest is seriously under-resourced in the number of police it has - a campaign which some believe invites crime.
