4X4 Tory MP hit cyclist in Parliament Square

A Tory MP is to go on trial accused of careless driving after allegedly knocking down a cyclist as he drove out of the House of Commons.Simon Burns, 56, was driving a Range Rover when he allegedly hit the man, in his 20s, causing serious injuries.

I wonder how many other MPs turn up to parliament in a Chelsea tractor? Obviously the terrain is very rough in the Whitehall area, and there simply isn't any other way of getting into central London, is there?
