Inaccessible public footpaths

The council is fond of boasting that it is “positive about disabled people”. And The Countryside and Rights of Way Act 2000 puts a legal obligation on the Council to assess "the accessibility of rights of way to blind and partially sighted people and others with mobility problems".

When it comes to Footpath F130 it is reasonable to conclude that the Council has assessed its accessibility to those with mobility problems and concluded that they can bugger off.
