Kill and still be allowed to get back behind the wheel of a car

A 23-YEAR-old driver who killed a Black Country teenager when he ploughed into his car after drinking eight pints and smoking cannabis has been jailed for four years.

He was disqualified from driving for six years.

And in another case of murderous, criminally reckless driving

Edge, Gregson, Sowter and Beresford were all disqualified from driving for three years and told they must pass an extended driving test before regaining their licenses.
