The cycle lane between Walthamstow police station and Wolsey Avenue E17 is strewn with broken glass for at least 20 metres. And it's been like that for the past four days. It looks like windscreen glass - the aftermath of another crash that never made the local paper, perhaps. How often are cycle lanes on 'A' roads swept? Obviously not daily. Once a week? It's not enough.
