John Franklin: a footnote

The John Franklin who figured in the news report in the previous post below is, of course, the same John Franklin who is a very big cheese in CycleNation and a revered figure in the world of British cycle campaigning (see his many contributions here, for example).

Last year, Stroud District Council commissioned him to produce a report, assessing the options for encouraging cycling in the District.
