News round-up

Don’t miss this excellent critique of allowing speeding motorists to conduct a war against everyone else. Plus the curious case of the man who became unusually addicted to the values of Top Gear: "I'm not sick and I don't want to hurt anyone, cars are just my preference." Yeah, right…
