Why don’t the police raid Audi?

Why don’t the police raid the offices of the Audi car company and all car salesrooms selling Audi cars, when there is clear evidence that the company is manufacturing equipment reasonably foreseeing that the products will be used illegally.

[It was the prosecution's case that Kenning and Fenwick, trading through their now defunct firm, had supplied equipment to cannabis growers, reasonably foreseeing that the items would be used illegally.]

Here's the evidence:

GOLF ace Marc Warren has been accused of driving his Audi supercar at 73mph in a 30mph zone. The star could face a heavy fine and road ban after being charged with dangerous driving and speeding. Warren - who won golf's World Cup with Colin Montgomerie in November - has been accused by his ex-coach of being more interested in flash cars than golf. Bob Torrance, dad of Ryder Cup legend Sam, said: "He's too interested in buying big flats and Aston Martins."Warren's silver Audi R8 has a top speed of 187mph and can reach 62mph in 4.6 seconds.
