Why people don’t cycle

David Ellis, Transport for London's ‘head of intellectual development’ has used his massive intellect to crack the mystery of why more people don’t cycle. (And there was me thinking it was mostly to do with the enormous volume of vehicles on the roads, aggressive, dangerous drivers and crap cycling facilities.)

There are a number of barriers to encouraging people to cycle including what people wear.
