Every time it rains this fab new two-way cycle lane outside the Town Hall fills up with water. But this is not a problem as I have never met a cyclist coming the other way.
Wherever the 91 per cent increase in cycling in London is occurring, it isn't where I am. Which is fine by me. I like having this glorious infrastructure all to myself.
