As everybody knows, cyclists are a nuisance to everyone. So it is excellent news that police in Croatia take a firm line with these anti-social types:
Robert Kiserlovski, a Croatian professional bicycle racer for UCI ProTeam Fuji-Servetto, was fined for cycling too slowly on a local road near Bakrac, Istria on Saturday morning.
Kiserlovski said he had been training with his colleague Bojan Rafaj when a policeman stopped them for disturbing traffic. He told them they were too slow
And you only have to look at the accompanying photograph of Mr Kiserlovski to see that he's the type of cyclist who just crawls along.
