Autumn comes to Walthamstow
The first leaves of autumn bring a touch of colour to the pedestrian-friendly streets of Walthamstow. Why not pause and relax on this attractive bench outside the derelict St James Street Library (local library users turned up one day to find a notice saying it had been shut down - another hilarious jape by our local Council).
And as you sit there, why not share in the Council's pride. Because, as it says on the adjacent litter bin, it's all about
