These two abandoned market trader's trolleys have been obstructing the pavement and the cycle stands on Willow Walk E17 for several weeks. A recurring feature of cycle stands across the borough is their neglect and regular obstruction. But why should the Council bother with such trifles, when there are more important things to do, like producing leaflets urging everyone to take up cycling?
