Cyclist seeks hit and run driver
Ms Evans, who was on her way to her new post at Coopers Technology College, in Chislehurst, when she was hit at 7.20am on September 21, said: “I was crossing the roundabout on my bike when a car came from my left and knocked me off. I was wearing a high visibility jacket and lights and it was a bright day.”
An off-duty paramedic was one of the first to the scene to help treat the cyclist in the middle of the road and another passer by who helped Ms Evans said that the car which hit her was a silver Toyota Yaris type car.
Ms Evans says she had make her own signs appealing for witnesses to the incident.
