Identifying speeding motorists by their employment
Professions which work under pressure, including barristers and surgeons, are the most likely are the most likely to commit speeding offences. Those in careers less under pressure, such as anthropologists were the least likely to speed.Nearly 26 per cent of army officers and 24 per cent of sales directors admitted to having been caught speeding, but only 1.37 per cent of anthropologists and 1.3 per cent of tobacconists had been caught.
