Every effort has been made to prevent motor vehicles from getting too close to this cycle stand on Lea Bridge Road. It makes a change. And as you can see, this is a council which is passionate about stopping shopkeepers from putting advertising boards on the pavement (and it must be true because it says so in the Green Charter!)
