Getting tough with young people

Guess what abominable criminal act these under-sixteens are engaging in:

"I will take the names and addresses of all those caught and those details will be added to a file to keep a record of any antisocial behaviour.

If those caught ignoring the law carry on, this could result in an antisocial behaviour contract being drawn up between them and the police.

This will include stipulations such as preventing them from going to a certain place.

If this contract is ignored it could lead to the police applying for an ASBO.
