Helping those less fortunate than ourselves
The marvellous thing about the blue badge scheme is that disabled people get special parking bays, don't have to pay for parking permits, and can park on yellow lines.
And what better car for a disabled person than a nifty sports car with a personalised number plate? (Montague Street, WC1)
If I lived in Camden I would write and compliment the council for helping this poor unfortunate soul.
Here in Waltham Forest the scheme is of particular benefit to market traders, roofers and builders, who have bravely managed to come to terms with whatever it is that ails them, and somehow manage to unload goods from lorries, climb ladders and build loft extensions. Well done!
