Yet more 'compulsory cycle helmet' crap

It’s that old chestnut again, diverting attention from the criminally negligent and irresponsible use of dangerous machinery which is deliberately designed to break the law and provide the maximum protection to those prepared to risk other people’s lives, while insisting that the victims dress up in luminous clothing and wear special equipment.
