Killer of cyclist charged with being careless

Jonathon William Ashworth, 54, of Shipton-on-Cherwell, has been charged with causing death by careless driving while over the prescribed limit; causing death by careless driving while unlicensed and causing death by careless driving while uninsured.

That does sound careless, does it not?

Remarkably, one month after killing a teenage cyclist, Ashworth was still driving around without a licence or insurance, and was involved in another ‘incident’.
