Kill a pedestrian and be back on the roads in two years

The latest judicial scandal:

A TEENAGER has been handed a two-year driving ban after a crash in which a Chadwell Heath woman died.

Margaret Lyons, 69, was visiting her son in Little Walden, Essex on May 18 last year when she was knocked down and killed on the B1052.

James O'Malley, 19, of Castle Camps, Cambridgeshire,
was found guilty of careless driving after a two-day hearing at Harlow Magistrates' Court.
