A CYCLIST has died in Old Trafford following a crash with a truck.
At 12.50pm yesterday, police were called to the junction of Seymour Grove and Talbot Road following reports of the accident.
Officers attended and discovered a cycle and a truck had collided outside the Toll Gate Inn.
The 25-year-old cyclist was taken to hospital with serious injuries and died a short time later.
This cycling fatality is deemed worthy of mention by BBC News because of a family connection.
