The car-sick Penrhyn Surgery

All local organs of the National Health Service are diseased, and the NHS locally is comprehensively in the hands of drug addicts hooked on fossil fuels and hostile to walking and cycling. Here’s the latest example. The Penrhyn Surgery, which has four reserved parking spaces for the doctors, no cycle stand provision and most of the footway outside the surgery reserved for car parking.
