The owner of “Big Baps” has completely blocked the pedestrian walkway with his burger van.
What he also has done has decided to put some stools ON the cycle path to encourage potential customers to sit and have a burger at his van whilst blocking the cycle path at one of the most dangerous roundabouts in the North West – and probably one of the busiest roads in the North West.
