The war on the motorist

Tony Fuller, 77, has put a condition in his will that states his funeral cortege must crawl up and down the main road in Chideock, Dorset, once for every year of his life.

He also wants grieving family and friends to wave protest banners while walking behind the horse and cart carrying his coffin.

Mr Fuller hopes that the result will be to bring traffic to a standstill once more, enabling him to carry on his protest even after his death
