Redbridge police too nervous of traffic to use speed gun

Why the police won't use a speed gun on a road where drivers speed:

“We did look at Spratt Hall Road but with the number of cars that are parked there we would need to step out between cars and that’s a risk we were not prepared to take.”

This is the same crap police force which breezily admits that catching drivers with mobiles is not a high priority.
