One-hand driving

If you drive with one hand on the wheel while chatting on a mobile phone, you will be regarded as a harmless member of society, fined £60 and allowed to continue driving. You can commit the offence four times before you lose your licence.

Enormous distress was caused to the lorry driver, who asks “What if my family were involved in an accident caused by that?”
