Whipps Cross NHS fossil fuel news

Some marvellous news from our local car-sick, car-dependent, drug-addicted Primary Healthcare Trust!

PARAMEDICS will use motorcycles in an attempt to get to patients quicker, as part of a trial in Waltham Forest.

[This is a symptom of how congested and vehicle-choked the London Borough of Waltham Forest is becoming.]

The Motorcycle Response Unit will be stationed in the borough every day until the Spring, between 7am and 7pm.

Motorcyclists can easily manoeuvre through heavy traffic and the unit has proved effective in central London.

It’s such a shame there isn’t a more environmentally-friendly way of manoeuvring through heavy traffic in London.
