‘Make no mistake – this is the car of the future under the ConDems,’ transport secretary Philip Hammond told delighted members of the Association of British Motorists yesterday.
In other good news Mr Hammond announced the immediate abolition of all speed limits, bus lanes and breath testing, as well as a further £6 billion government funding to ‘ease congestion’ on Britain’s crowded motorways.
