TWO London cyclists were hit by speeding Met drivers on Sunday

It now turns out that ANOTHER London cyclist was run down by a Metropolitan police driver on the same day that one was killed by a speeding cop.

In the first crash

A schoolboy cyclist was killed after being hit by a police car which did not have its blue lights or sirens on, eyewitnesses claimed today. GCSE student Khaleel Rehman-Khan, 16, was thrown 'higher than a double decker bus' by the marked Vauxhall Astra. A relative who saw the crash said he thought the car was doing 60mph in the 30mph zone when it him.

It now emerges that later that same day ANOTHER speeding police driver hit a London cyclist:

A CYCLIST is in hospital after a collision with a police car in Brentford at the weekend. Officers from Hounslow were responding to an emergency call on Sunday night (at about 10.10pm) when they hit the man in his 40s at the Brentford High Street junction with Catherine Wheel Road.

The police are said to have had their blue lights flashing at the time of the collision, and the cyclist was taken to a West London hospital and is said to be in a serious condition.
