BBC London News is at it again

BBC London News has identical car supremacist values to those of the Daily Express and the Daily Mail. It is obsessed with trivial parking stories which present lawless motorists as victims, and utterly indifferent to the regular killing of cyclists on London’s dangerous streets. This is just the latest example of that bias. Please complain to the head of BBC News and ask her why BBC London News failed to report the killing of cyclist María Emma García Fernández on Charterhouse Street EC1 on Friday 12 June. Her email address for complaints about news reporting is

helenboaden.complaints@bbc.co.uk

Ask her when BBC London News last registered the death of a cyclist on a London road as a news item. Ask here to say (i) how many cyclist deaths were reported by BBC London News as individual news items so far this year (ii) how many parking stories were reported by BBC London News as individual news items so far this year.

And don’t accept the bland, brush-off response you will be sure to receive.
