Crap Cycling & Walking in Waltham Forest

British justice
POLICE believe a man accused of being involved in an accident that killed a popular cyclist has fled abroad.
As revealed by the Daily Echo in May, John Levy, 37, went on the run
after being given bail at Southampton Crown Court in February.
