Shame on you, Waltham Forest!
(Above) The council has launched a high-profile SHAME ON YOU advertising campaign against anti-social behaviour such as littering, dog owners who don't pick up their pet's crap, graffiti and fly-tipping.
Let's hope it fines itself for littering the borough's pavements with these ugly and obstructive advertising panels. This one is on High Road Leyton.
(Below) The driver of this JC Decaux van drove on to the pavement on Willow Walk E17 last Friday. I think all he was doing was servicing the advertising panels which have been obstructively located in the pavement there. He could have parked nearby but he couldn't be bothered. I don't expect he got a £75 fine for his anti-social behaviour.
Spot the bollard designed to prevent vehicles going on the pavement. Not very effective, is it?
