Why go to Tate Modern when you can visit Waltham Forest?

(Below) The Waterworks roundabout underpass system is a permanent open installation which features the finest in contemporary art. Generously sponsored by Sustrans. (Though frankly I think the presence of live rats is a bit passé. That's been done before by Banksy and loads of other artists.)
