Dangerous coach drivers

Mr Mykoliw's family criticised as unduly lenient the sentence of 210-hours of community service.

Botterill earlier admitted a charge of causing death by dangerous driving.

Meanwhile

A COACH driver who crashed into the back of a car on his way to collect children from a primary school has been found guilty of careless driving.

Magistrates decided he had not left sufficient space to allow him to stop in time and found him guilty of driving without due care and attention.

He was fined £75, ordered to pay £250 costs and had three points on his licence.
