Waltham Forest council can’t even site Sheffield stands properly

It’s not rocket science. A Sheffield stand requires an absolute minimum clear space of half a metre at either end. Crap Waltham Forest council can’t even manage to get a simple thing like this right. Cycling is in the hands of people who don’t cycle, know nothing about cycling and are not in any way accountable for their fuckwittery. Naturally not a single Waltham Forest councillor picks up on the blazing inadequacies of cycle provision in the borough because cycling is not important to a single Waltham Forest councillor of any party.
