'Pedestrian zone' - attractively free of vehicles. The lorry belongs to Rymans and drives into the pedestrian zone after 10 am frequently, never apparently getting a ticket. Which is odd, bearing in mind this is a high enforcement area, bristling with CCTV and parking attendants.
